I first attended Aindriu in relation to a long standing leg injury. After discussing the history of the injury Aindriu completed a gate analysis on my running technique. From there he basically retrained me from scratch in how to run pain free. Within 13 months i went from being in agony after running 5km to being 3 weeks out from hopefully running my first Marathon. This has been made possible through a combination of Aindriu’s 1:1 sessions at the start, training plans and his hugely challenging/enjoyable strength and conditioning classes

I cannot recommend Aindriu enough. He has changed how i approach exercise, goal setting , diet etc for life
